Cesar Gonzalez leads 260 associates in the Asia Client Fulfillment and Service branch for Bank of America. Gonzalez and his team provide support for and meet the needs of corporate bank clients and financial institutions in the region. Gonzalez joined Bank of America in 2005 as Process Design Executive in the Consumer Real Estate organization. He was then promoted to Global Commercial Bank Client Services Executive. In that role, Gonzalez led more than 700 associates who support all the depository, treasury and credit service needs of global commercial bank clients. The organization became the first commercial bank servicing unit to be certified by J. D. Power and Associates for providing an excellent customer experience. Prior to joining the team in Asia, Gonzalez was the global trade operations executive for Bank of America, where he led more than 800 associates across the globe, who provide support for all the trade finance needs of commercial and corporate bank clients.
