Denise is Director of Sales for the Dollar General Team, a $250M portfolio. Under Denise’s leadership, three teams earned Strategic Team of the Year recognition. Her hallmark is converting struggling teams to high performing teams which she has done consistently including at previous employers, M&M/Mars and Campbell Soup Company. People are Denise’s primary focus, and she generously invests her time. She is active on the Inclusion & Diversity and Mentoring committees. Denise’s work as co-chair of Clorox’s upcoming community event will activate 800 of her colleagues to work together to help underprivileged children. As ambassador of the employee giving campaign, she has led her team to 100% participation for consecutive years. Additionally, Denise is partnering with the Network of Executive Women to establish a Nashville chapter. Denise earned her B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Illinois in only three years and earned her M.B.A. from Western Michigan University.
