Heather Miller is the Chief Transformation Officer for ServiceNow IT. She earned her MBA from the University of North Carolina. In her role at ServiceNow, Miller is responsible for driving customer awareness on how breakthrough business outcomes are achieved through the NOW platform. She is also responsible for building product and go to market strategies and working with customers to accelerate their digital transformations. Prior to Joining ServiceNow, Miller was the VP, Technology Strategy and Portfolio with McKesson. There she led the IT Strategy and Portfolio Management function for the healthcare company across the organization. Outside of the office, Miller works to serve her community. She spent six years as the Chair of the Department of Computer Science Advisory Board at North Carolina State University. The Board works to provide input, facilitation, and guidance critical to the department’s strategic planning efforts.
