Since joining Henry Ford Health System in 2007, Harrington-Davis has climbed the ranks within the organization. In her current position as Vice President- Talent Acquisition- EEO Diversity & Workforce Solutions, she oversees talent acquisition and workforce diversity initiatives for the System.Under her leadership, Henry Ford Health System has designed and executed hiring strategies to attract, evaluate and hire top talent. She has deployed a workforce development strategy to align diversity initiatives across the health system while removing barriers to employment and promotional opportunities.
Harrington-Davis represents Henry Ford Health System as an Anchor Institution member for workforce development under the Democracy Collaborative Coalition, Board-President for Michigan Healthcare Human Resources Association, is a member of the National Skills Coalition’s Racial Equity National Advisory Panel and Chair of the Diversity Council for the National Center for Healthcare Leadership (NCHL).
Harrington-Davis is a recognized speaker on various diversity and inclusion topics including: Unconscious Bias, Privilege, Institutional Racism and Sexual Harassment.
Harrington-Davis earned a MBA from University of Detroit – Mercy and holds a certification in Labor Relations (CLRP) and is a Board Certified Executive Coach.
