Born and raised from the vibrant city of Hong Kong, I realized at a young age the world is bigger than it seemed from my tiny apartment. After my first job at PwC I was set on a career path that progresses through multiple geographies, cultures, and along the way, challenges. My experiences have not only taught me the importance of perseverance but also the power of sharing and supporting people who face familiar challenges. At UCLA I was part of the Riordan Scholar Program where I mentored high school seniors, many of them to be first generation college graduates. At Rockwell Automation I championed a program helping early career leaders in Asia navigate through the complexity of a US based multinational. At VF I was part of the Asia Executive Committee for Inclusion and Diversity, aspiring to create and support a workplace environment where best work is done.
