Satish Tatini joined VF Corporation in June 2017 to lead security architecture with focus on bring security by design into direct to consumer initiatives. He then expanded his role to lead digital architecture globally and has design responsibility of all things direct to consumer globally that include consumer platforms, ecommerce, retail technologies and other consumer centric initiatives

Prior to joining VF Satish has led a major banking transformation project at Emigrant Bank in New York – a $15M initiative to implement next generation banking platform that included a new core banking system, upgrade online banking sites and a deployment of a new integration platform to enable the banks diversification to fintech and consumer advisory services.

Before Emigrant, Satish has led the engineering and architecture team for a large business transformation project at Avon and have responsibility of ecommerce and SAP technology teams. Prior to that Satish has a long and illustrious career both at Avon and IBM where he held various lead roles in engineering and architecture across digital, supply chain and infrastructure organizations.

Satish has a Master’s in Science from USC School of Engineering and an MBA from NYU Leonard Stern School of Business. He believes the road to career success is a bumpy one and new graduates will have easier access to opportunities if they have access to industry leaders for expert advice. In his spare time Satish offers mentorship to new grads from his alma maters USC and NYU giving them guidance on technologies to focus on, motivation and support with their application and interview process.
