Aileen Westover, Director of Operations of Care Coordination, LCPC, CCM, MBA, is a licensed clinical professional counselor and has a Certified Case Manager certification. She has worked in social services and healthcare to help address the needs of patients, families, and communities. She has diligently worked with Chicago Department of Public Health to assist with contact tracing and educating staff, patients, and families.

Additionally, Westover works to address maternal and infant mortality and morbidity. Westover has dedicated her career to helping others by working with various populations, communities, and health/ social conditions. She was also an active member of the Diversity & Inclusion Committee at the hospital Westover has obtained two master’s degrees in both Professional Counseling at Argosy University and Business Administration with a focus on healthcare at National Louis University. She earned her Bachelor’s in Psychology & Sociology at the University of Illinois Chicago.
