Nicole Bocskocsky is the CEO & Founder of the Elaborate. Elaborate’s goal is to be the go-between for the patient and doctor when it comes to delivering lab results in detail, with the goal of saving time and increasing efficiency. In her past roles, Bocskocsky was the Vice President of Operations for Parsley Health and the Co-founder of Oscar Insurance’s Care Delivery Operations. As VP of Operations for Parsley Health, her duties included overseeing 175 clinicians and operators and being responsible for the top-line growth, margin, retention & LTV, user engagement and experience, and sales operations. In her role at Oscar’s Insurance, she was responsible for overseeing their annual risk adjustment programming and delivered record-breaking user engagement and measurable improvement on health outcomes. Bocskocsky earned her Bachelor’s degree in government with a second concentration in global health and health policy from Harvard University.
