Phillip Kemp is a Director of Corporate Security Operations, with oversight of 11 Atrium Health facilities and 90+ teammates. He presently serves as Co-Chair of Men’s Diversity Leadership Network. Kemp joined Atrium Health in 2012 and has consistently built a strong culture of engagement, teamwork, and professional development, while fostering multidisciplinary relationships as force multipliers. He has been instrumental in published works on Security Industry best practices, as well as presenting at the 2019 International Planetree Person-centered Conference. Prior to joining Atrium Health, Kemp honorably served 12 years in the United States Air Force as an Intelligence Analyst. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Pastoral Studies and a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, and an executive graduate certificate in Business Management & Leadership. He is a devoted husband of 23 years, and a proud father of two young sons: Jeremiah & Victor.
