Eric Simon oversees the day-to-day operations of the student centers at the University of Illinois. The operation includes three departments, six multi-functional facilities, multiple satellite and outdoor locations and a budget of more than $28 million. Prior to joining the University of Illinois, he was a student activities center director and an associate director at Clayton State University. Simon was also previously a program coordinator at DePaul University. Currently, Simon is pursuing his Ph.D. in educational administration. He has an MBA from Kennesaw State University. Simon has also earned both a Master’s degree in higher education and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Technology from Eastern Michigan University.
