At CCT, a major global BPO and call center outsourcing services company Shadding is responsible for overseeing a global team of senior sales executives, industry and channel partners in the identification, cultivation and activation of new business accounts. Since 2003, he has led the global sales and marketing organization for CCT, consisting of leading outsourcing firms Cyber City Teleservices and Interactive Response Technologies. He has been instrumental in establishing outsourced partnerships with some of the world’s leading and most admired brands with operations throughout the United States, Europe, Asia, and Latin America. Shadding serves as an active leader on multiple industry councils, associations and, is an accomplished speaker and contributor for various industry publications. Prior to entering the international outsourcing industry, he spent over a decade in the telecommunications and transportation industries in various international marketing and finance management roles with Sprint, MCI, and British Aerospace
