Chima has over 20 years experience, in developing and implementing IT strategic initiatives/projects, project management, driving business development, mentoring product development, leading operations, and providing leadership to multiple business units in technology, telecommunications, banking, finance and investment management services sectors, and , retail in Asia, Latin America, Europe, and the United States. Her achievements include assisting in the transformation of varied global companies and culture to define, design and implement key technology strategies and platform; executing a business plan to drive profitability and revenue growth; developing, managing and augmenting management teams; leading organization turn-around and implementing change; planning, designing and implementing training/development programs based on organizational needs; and implementing succession planning. Fumbi currently serves on the boards of the Volunteer Management Center, West Essex YMCA, and New Jersey School of Ballet, and is an officer sponsor for the Wal-Mart Women’s Resource Council and the secretary of the African- American Officer Caucus.
