Harrison-Ducros is responsible for the labor agenda covering all 48,000 U.S.-based employees. He joined Frito Lay in 2003 as a Dallas site HR Manager and progressed to HR director for five Texas manufacturing sites. In 2007, he was promoted to the sales organization, responsible for the largest region ($1 billion in revenue). In 2009, he was promoted to labor director at headquarters, then promoted to his current role in 2010. Harrison-Ducros is known for delivering productivity and flexibility savings through negotiations in unionized environments, and supporting change initiatives in union-free settings. He is also recognized for outstanding contributions in the diversity and inclusion arena, particularly in the area of mentoring aspiring HR professionals. Prior to joining Frito-Lay, Harrison-Ducros was employed by Shell Oil/Chemical Co. for 12 years, where he was part of a team that developed and implemented a company-wide dispute-resolution program and held other various positions in HR.
