As a US and Mexican bilingual attorney, Ms. Fabian is the founder and managing member of The International Business Law Group, LLC, a boutique law firm and inclusive workplace that embraces different backgrounds and perspectives. She is recognized for her cultural competence and, in the international arena, for her knowledge of contractual issues involving private parties, as well as governments, international dispute resolution proceedings, and international treaties. Ms. Fabian has been actively engaged in the development and representation of small minority and women-owned businesses, protecting the rights of immigrants and asylum seekers, and the growth of diversity within her own profession. She also studied at New York University School of Law and received a Master of Comparative Jurisprudence.
