She has led small business development teams as well as large engineering project teams. Known for her integrity, Ms. Griffith builds respect as she integrates and influences across functions, levels and cultures. Her international experience peaked when she delivered new capabilities, producing multi-million dollar revenues and increased market share for clients in Africa and Asia. Her work experience includes IBM, the CIA and Booz Allen.
