Hari Gopalkrishnan is the consumer & wealth management eCommerce technology, consumer banking architecture and segments technology executive for Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Gopalkrishnan is responsible for leading the development of the next generation of integrated technology solutions for the company’s consumer and wealth management online and mobile platforms. He also manages the bank’s award-winning websites and e-Commerce initiatives. Gopalkrishnan leads technology on behalf of consumer banking customer segments, drives the overall consumer banking technology strategy and manages architecture, data and information management in support of the customer-driven consumer banking strategy. Prior to joining the bank, Gopalkrishnan led Citigroup’s global markets operations, reference data and Institutional Client Group (ICG) architecture across all global markets products. He also was responsible for global banking and investment research technology across ICG as well as running enterprise architecture and development engineering and shared services for the firm. Previously, Gopalkrishnan served as chief technology architect for Lehman Brothers.
