In his capacity at American Tower, Wu is responsible for all financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, valuations, and pricing for the division. He also has oversight of the company’s mergers and acquisitions analysis, long-term financial strategy, and capital investment program. Prior to this, he spent nine years at Verizon Communications where he was director and chief financial officer of Verizon Digital Services Inc, a $1.5 billion segment that maintained a best-in-class digital media distribution platform. In that role, he was also responsible for Verizon’s business case and new product investment strategy, reviewing opportunities in FiOS, Cloud Computing, and Connected solutions. Wu’s other positions at Verizon included director of verizon telecom’s financial planning and analysis as well as director of revenue and volume planning and analysis. He graduated Summa Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa, and was also an adjunct professor of economics at Middlesex County College in Edison, NJ.
