In addition to heading NHEO, a social enterprise that fosters entrepreneurship and social innovation through educating, mentoring, and networking, Giometti is also founder/chairman of the NHEO Institute for Global Entrepreneurship and Social Innovation in partnership with Belk College of Business. He is also the head of the Americas marketing department of Camoplast Solideal Inc. Prior to that, he held different managerial roles at major global corporations, including Electrolux, NMHG, Pepsi, and Motorola. Giometti is a frequent speaker and conference leader on entrepreneurship and innovation, and has been quoted in several national publications including Business Week, Entrepreneur, Hispanic Executive Quarterly, and USA Today. He serves on the board of directors of University City Partners and Charlotte School of Law ans is a 40 under 40 Leadership Award recipient from the Charlotte Business Journal.
