Justice is the Diversity and Inclusion Manager for ONEOK, a Fortune 500 energy company. Prior to this role, she worked as the co-director for the Inclusion Institute. She has worked in inclusion for 15+ years gaining and garnering skills in the implementation of strategic diversity and inclusion initiatives. Named by Tulsa People and Tulsa Business Journal as a 40 Under 40 recipient, Justice has served on the boards of the local SHRM chapter as the VP of Diversity, Camp Fire, Center for Individual with Physical Challenges and Teach for America. She earned a M.A. in Intercultural Leadership and Management from the School for International Training Graduate Institute in Vermont.
