Kendra is currently the Director and Supplier of Diversity at Express Scripts, Inc. In 2014, Express Scripts hired her to build out their nascent diversity program. She began with a 3-year strategy that included gaining executive sponsorship, creating corporate goals and aligning with business lines. She currently serves on the Mid-States Minority Supplier Development Council, is Chair of the St. Louis Minority Business Council and also sits on the Woman’s Business Development Advisory Council.
In this role she designs and implements strategy for potentially new and existing clients and infrastructure (metrics, RFP and contract language) for procurement. She has led cross-functional teams and is versed in budgeting, data/financial analysis, and database driven information. Kendra has earned a master’s in business administration from Webster University, St. Louis, OH and Bachelor of Business Administration from Langston University, Langston, OK
