Clyde has worked in investment banking for almost 20 years, covering clients in the retail and consumer sectors. She previously held the same role as her current position at Merrill Lynch. Prior to joining Merrill Lynch, she was a managing director for Morgan Stanley’s retail and consumer products group. She spent eight years at Morgan Stanley and, prior to that, was at Salomon Brothers. In 2007, Clyde was named by Dealmaker magazine as one of the top 40 under 40 dealmakers on Wall Street. She’s a member of Bank of America’s Global Diversity & Inclusion Council, co-head of Global Banking & Markets Global Diversity & Inclusion Business Council – since 2010; serves as team champion and captain for Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s recruiting efforts at Harvard Business School, was a board member of the Union Settlement Association in New York City, and a member of the stewardship committee of the Brick Church.
