Meeta is responsible for leading development and implementation of Ford’s global diversity and inclusion strategy and talent acquisition operations– bringing diverse strengths, backgrounds and perspectives together to achieve business initiatives on a global basis. Meeta has been recognized in Black Enterprise Magazine as one of the “2016 Top Executives in Corporate Diversity” as well as “2017 Diversity Leaders” for Profiles in the Diversity Journal publication. She earned a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, and her Master of Business Administration from the University of Windsor in Windsor, Ontario.
