Nick Shyamani is an accomplished software engineer, product, project, program, marketing, customer support, and quality manager. He has been with Motorola Solutions (MSI) for 28 years; and spent six years in Japan, deploying and growing the Cellular Infrastructure business. However, he has been actively engaged in the Asian market for 18 years. He’s currently a Six Sigma Black Belt. From 2009 – 2012, Nick served as the president of MSI’s Asian Business Council (ABC). Nick was instrumental in facilitating a math tutoring program, which services nine northwest Illinois communities and provides FREE tutoring for 250-plus students each year. The ABC helps to promote local Asian businesses, and spends time helping them to become certified diversity vendors. Nick strongly believes corporations and individuals get more when they give back to the community. He has two kids and lives in Palatine with his wife Dr. Heena Shyamani.
