Nicole Wiggins is the Supplier Diversity Director at Navistar INC. Her Responsibilities including leading and developing a team of 9 employees, ensuring quality, cost, and delivery targets are met for new product launch. Additionally, she is responsible for the relationship management, development and utilization of diverse suppliers to achieve customer s expectations. This includes representing the company and its products at global level diversity forums and fairs.
Before Nicole became Supplier Diversity Director, she was the Purchasing Manager.
She was Responsible for leading a staff of 7 employees who were responsible for analyzing, modifying, and implementing lean processes to standardize Corporate Purchasing supplier management and contract maintenance activities. She graduated from Keller Graduate School of Management with an MBA in Concentration Project Management.
