For more than 20 years, Penelope Prett has worked across most of Accenture’s industries and technology domains. Her primary background is in large-scale global technology systems integration and outsourcing. As the managing director of Accenture’s Technology Offering Development group, she and her team are responsible for the development and deployment of the Accenture Technology Offerings and Assets that support client services and solutions. Ms. Prett supports Accenture’s diversity initiatives, serving first as a diversity champion for the healthcare industry, followed by the products operating group and most recently for all of North America’s technology group. She also sponsors women’s initiatives globally, including such locations as India and Manila. Ms. Prett has watched the women’s agenda evolve during her years at Accenture and looks forward to the day when equality is a way of life for all women around the world. She is also an Accenture LGBT Ally and was voted Ally of the Year at the Accenture Out and Equal Summit in 2012.
