Prathibha Rajashekhar currently serves as Vice President for Data, Analytics, and Insights for Global
People. Prathibha and her team are responsible for providing insights around human capital to enable
the business to empower our associates to serve our customers better. Prathibha also serves on
STEMconnector, collaborating with other companies to create a focus on STEM talent pipeline, jobs, and recruitment with an emphasis on diversity and women. Prathibha holds a Master of Computer Science degree from University of Mysore, India and a Masters in Business Administration from Duke University.
