Radhames Nova joined ALPFA as executive director of the Boston chapter in October 2011. He is responsible for day-to-day management of the chapter’s operations and serves a key role in the revenue generation for the chapter. Prior to joining ALPFA, Nova served as senior associate of business development at Metropolitan Real Estate Equity Management, a privately owned investment management firm that focuses on private real estate funds in the domestic and international markets. He previously worked at SCS Financial Services, Fidelity Investments Charitable Services and served as a Peace Corps volunteer in South Africa. Nova earned his B.A. in French and Italian from Middlebury College and his MBA from Boston University. He has been an active member of the ALPFA since 2006 and served on the board of directors as vice president of corporate partnerships. Nova was born in the Dominican Republic and has lived in the Boston area for the past 23 years.
