Rasháanda Cook is the Vice President of Organizational Development and the Chief Learning Officer at Ascension Health based in St. Louis, Missouri. In this role, Rasháanda is responsible for organizational development, change management, learning, and performance management across 27 health systems in 25 states and the District of Columbia. Rasháanda joined Ascension Health in January 2012 after leaving Motorola where she served as Director of Global Organizational Development. Prior to Motorola, Rasháanda worked in the consulting industry in a variety of roles focused on technology implementation, change management, performance management and organizational effectiveness. Rasháanda has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. She has a Master of Business Administration degree from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois.
