Rebecca Lupfer is a dynamic individual who works with all levels throughout the organization to drive strategic plans to achieve results through winning the hearts of our customers. Rebecca understands that relationships with our associates and our customers are a critical component to our Giant / Martin’s success. Rebecca has developed and led merchandising processes to gain alignment throughout the business while taking into account the diverse needs of our customers. Rebecca takes the time to lead and mentor individuals that work for her, as well as several other women and men throughout the organization to help them reach their full potential. Rebecca also has been a member of the Women’s Business Resource Group within Ahold USA and is now helping to define and pave the future of the Women’s Business Resource Group for Giant / Martin’s. Rebecca also volunteer’s in her local community.
