Rhonda is a results-oriented leader with over 18 years of experience in health insurance focusing in the areas of project, program & portfolio management, customer service, business transformation, and process management. She is responsible for assisting the Healthcare Management executive office in planning and coordinating strategic, cross-functional activities. She manages leadership activities while ensuring that decisions receive necessary focus and that issues are resolved in an effective and timely manner. She has established divisional scorecards to ensure that her division meets the expectations of Horizon’s 3.6 million members. She prioritizes projects and ensures alignment with the organization’s strategy and goals. In her career, Rhonda has demonstrated proven ability to manage large projects and cross divisional teams. She is also responsible for facilitating the development of the strategic theme for the Horizon Healthcare Plan Holding Company Board meetings (HHPHC). Rhonda is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and GE Work out facilitator.
