Ruchika currently serves as Vice President, Global Health and Medtronic Labs. Where she Leads internal incubator to build new business solutions for global health challenges such as diabetes, hypertension and related non-communicable diseases, in underserved patients across Asia, Africa & Latin America.
Ruchika is a leader in the Medtronic Asian Descent Network which is supporting increased management representation of Asian descent talent at Medtronic through recruiting, engaging and developing talent. She is also an active member of the Medtronic Global Women’s Network and is actively involved in mentoring diverse talent across the organization and is passionate of women empowerment. Ruchika graduated Summa Cum Laude from Franklin and Marshall College with a Bachelor of Arts. Singhal also holds a Masters in Science in Biomedical Engineering from the Johns Hopkins University and an MBA in Finance, Strategy & International Business from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business.
