Salwa Rahim works at us cellular as the Senior Manager of Diversity & Inclusion Strategic & Planning.  She leads diversity and inclusion strategies and consultancy. she also designs, implements, and evaluates D&I interventions.

Prior to her current roll, She was the National Diversity Programs Manager. She created and implemented strategy, operational and governance models, and communications collateral that launched six ERG’s.

She graduated from Benedictine University.
