Shantel Davis is a Director of Sales for CSX Transportation. She provides executive sales and marketing leadership while implementing both short and long-term business strategies and supply chain solutions. Shantel oversees the operations of one of the largest fertilizer port terminals that facilitates export shipments of fertilizer, phosphate and rock. She leads a team that is responsible for a $470 million portfolio with domestic and global distribution. Her responsibilities include oversight of customer relationships, terminal operators and CSX operations to ensure the network is positioned for profitable business growth. In a prior role as Director of West Coast Sales in Portland, Oregon she was responsible for growing eastbound business for multiple business units. Shantel serves on the board of the Tampa YMCA Central City and is a mentor for CSX’s Associate Development Program. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from University of North Florida and a Master of Business Administration degree from Jacksonville University.
