Simone’s responsibilities include providing project management oversight for diversity and inclusion projects (i.e. multicultural green-friendly calendar, ERG Leadership and Recognition Summit); submitting benchmarking surveys (i.e. Working Mother, NAFE, Diversity MBA, Human Rights Campaign) to recognize employer for best practices in diversity and inclusion; advising seven employee resource groups on best practices to ensure alignment with inclusion & diversity strategy; producing content to diversity online portal (which she launched) to improve employee awareness regarding diversity & inclusion and employee resource groups; generating insights from benchmarking surveys (i.e. Great Places to Work); and providing diversity training for new employees
