Prior to working at Novolex, Ted was Director, Enterprise Improvement Practice at AlixPartners LLP. He was the Key leader of Consumer Products team that led collaborative change programs and sustained bottom line results focusing on acquisition due diligence, post-merger / acquisition integration planning, pricing / profitability analysis, sales and operations planning, operations efficiency and supply chain restructuring assignments
Ted Received the Kentucky Association of Manufacturers – Duro Bag Large Company of the Year Award.
