Trent M Johnson is a partner and litigator at AM Law 50 Foley & Lardner LLP, Wisconsin’s largest law firm. His practice focuses on distribution & franchise matters as well as general commercial and other complex litigation. He has significant experience navigating complicated e-discovery issues, including within antitrust and RICI disputes. Trent speaks and writes frequently on distribution, franchise, and general commercial litigation topics. He also co-edits Foley’s Product Distribution Law Guide and the Wisconsin chapter of Business Torts- A Fifty State Guide, a Litigation reference guide for corporate in-house counsel. He serves on the boards of several professional and charitable organizations, including the Milwaukee Urban League, Wisconsin Conservatory of Music and the Manufacturing Diversity Institute. Trent received his law degree, cum Laude, from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2004 and a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, Spanish, and Psychology from Miami University.
