Vidur Bhandari is a Principal in A.T. Kearney’s Chicago office. Vidur has broad experience working with consumer packaged goods, retail and transportation clients on a variety of strategy, sales and marketing topics. He focuses on helping clients improve their growth strategies, business unit strategies, marketing effectiveness and efficiency. Vidur is also a mentor to four consultants at the firm, coaching them through their career development. Previously he worked on building a high-tech start-up, Zembu, helping grow the company from a five-person team to an organization of more than 125 employees. Vidur serves as the Americas’ lead for GALA, A.T. Kearney’s network for LGBT employees and allies, and is a member of the firm’s Diversity and Inclusion Council. He also serves on the Leadership Circle Board of the Executives Club of Chicago. Outside of work, his interests include independent theater as well as hiking and backpacking the national parks.
