Adriana Duenas is a Senior Vice President with Alliant/Mesirow Insurance Services. Adriana oversees the day-to-day operations of her team. She is an established, well-known and highly regarded professional in the insurance industry, specifically within the employee benefits arena. Her long-term relationships with the industry’s most well-known and respected carriers and providers are vital to negotiating creative, cost-effective programs for her clients. Adriana concentrates her efforts in the evaluation, development, negotiation and implementation of employee benefits programs. Adriana advises over 80 companies throughout the Midwest with their employee benefit strategy impacting thousands of employees. Leveraging her breadth of knowledge of the benefits marketplace, she identities solutions to maximize carrier/vendor offerings while maintaining cost containment for her clients. As a result, her clients are able to attract and retain top talent by offering a best-in-class suite of benefits.

Adriana has worked in the employee benefits industry since she became an employee of Mesirow Financial in 1994, which was acquired by Alliant in 2016. Adriana earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from DePaul University. She serves on the board of the Michael Rolfe Pancreatic Cancer Foundation. Adriana also is a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters and Chair of the employee Resource Group – Women at Alliant.
