Angela Pratt Geffre

Angela joined JLL in November 2016 as Head of Talent, Americas with over 15 years of HR leadership experience at large global Fortune 500 companies. She has successfully led several business transformations, global HR transformations, and built over 20 global talent tools to improve performance, diversity, innovation, and/or retention. Prior to joining JLL, Angela was an HR Director for Kellogg Company, working both in North America and Europe.
Angela earned a Bachelor’s degree from Kalamazoo College, a Second Degree in French language and culture from Université de Strasbourg, and a Master’s and Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Wayne State University. Angela is an active presenter and author on global assessment, diversity & inclusion, employer brand, talent management, and work-life balance. Her most recent book chapter on work life effectiveness was published this year. Angela enjoys spending time with her husband and two young sons, cooking/wine, theater, travel, and learning about different cultures/people. She is also very passionate about developing women and has led several committees for the Network for Executive Women, as well as started two women’s network at previous employers.
