Chelsea C. Hayes, SPHR is the CEO & Principal Consultant of The Coaching Factory. Based out of Los Angeles she leads an innovative consulting firm delivering solutions in Executive Coaching, Human Resources & Training/Development. Clients include CBS, Eli Lilly, GE Capital, General Mills and NBC. She joins us as she wraps up her #SuperSummerSeminars tour traveling to companies across the globe delivering interactive seminars that magnify leadership in the workplace. In addition to providing counsel on critical HR issues, she ghostwrites speeches and tough conversation scripts for high net worth individuals. Chelsea earned Bachelor’s Degrees in Public Relations and Public Health Promotion from Purdue University and a Masters Degree in Corporate Communication from Northwestern University. She is a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and her work has been featured in The Hollywood Reporter & The Dow Jones publication Moneyish.
Prior to launching TCF, Chelsea was the Director of HR at the LA Sparks and held several roles at GE in Corporate Diversity and HR. Chelsea is an avid fitness fan, past National 2nd VP of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. and the Vice President of the College of Liberal Arts Alumni Board of Directors at Purdue University.
