Elizabeth Smith is the Legal Order & Case Resolution Operations Executive for Bank of America’s Consumer Specialty Servicing & Support (CSS&S) organization. In this role, she is responsible for the processing of garnishments, levies, subpoenas, and court restricted accounts. Additionally, she facilitates the resolution of consumer litigation. Prior to joining the bank, she worked as an attorney with the enforcement division of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and as a commissioned bank examiner with a federal banking regulator. Smith is a member of LEAD for Women, Military Support Assistance Group (MSAG) and Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) Pride & Ally. Additionally, she is a member of the Women in Technology & Operations (WIT&O) Global Steering Group. Smith received a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from Colorado State University and a Juris Doctor (JD) from Loyola Marymount University Law School in Los Angeles, California.
