Asurion employees have access to ten active Employee Resource Groups. Each of these Employee Resource Groups provides inclusive leadership education that benefit the organization as a whole. Part of this education is the #BeBold discussion series. This series provides and fosters respectdul and productive discussions across identities, beliefs and values. Some topics include what it means to Take a Knee or the ABCs of LGBTQIA+. Asurion also grants employees access to programs like Active Ally Workshops and SIGN clubs. In regard to eliminating racial inequity from the work place, Asurion has also established a talent pipeline with historically black colleges and universities, offering mentoring and coaching programs for their employees and has more strategies to come. At Asurion they understand the value of partnerships when it comes to achieving their diversity, equity, and inclusion goals. As such the company supports initiatives such as Girls in Tech Day, STEM camps and Advancing Women in Nashville.  They also provide HBCU scholarships.
