Why do we need a business case for recruiting diverse talent? 

The simple answer is that we have an ever-changing population with dynamic demographics inclusive of all dimensions of diversity. 


Talent in the workforce should represent the consumer population. 

Multicultural consumers are the biggest case for companies to ensure diversity and inclusion are an integral part of their business. Multicultural consumers want to buy from companies that demonstrate they care about the growing diverse population through their hiring practices. According to Nielsen Consumer Reports, by 2023 multicultural consumers will spend more than $4.7 trillion.
