LA Interview Opp w/ Hallmark Channel’s Leading Man on Multiple Upcoming Xmas Projects!

Dubbed the ‘Cary Grant of Hallmark‘, strikingly handsome and charming to boot, actor Paul Greene continues to take over Hallmark as their busiest leading man starring in countless films and TV shows. Greene’s current and upcoming Hallmark projects include Christmas in Evergreen: Tidings of Joy with Holly Robinson Peete which premiered on November 29th, the Hallmark Channel’s Christmas Concert airing on December 16thThe Christmas Cookie Matchup airing Wednesdays on Hallmark Drama, and the highly-anticipated When Calls the Heart: Home for Christmas Movie premiering Christmas Day which is predicted to be a showstopper and ratings juggernaut! A true Renaissance man, Greene is also an extremely talented musician recently releasing his country gospel/rock album titled Freedom for Your Soul, a tribute to his father who passed of ALS. The album is influenced by Johnny Cash, Merle Haggard and more. The album is cathartic to listen to, as it was for Greene to record it. Greene is also a huge family man and is working on writing a parenting book, The 52 Ways to be the Dad You Wish You Had, in honor of his son and the male role models in his life.

Paul Greene

Born in Wetaskiwin, Alberta, Canada, Greene grew up on a farm, being taught the importance of family and structure. Scouted from college, Greene started his modelling career at age 18 and immediately became a huge success, having booked a national Levi’s commercial within his first week of modelling. He spent most of his 20’s splitting his time modeling in NYC, Paris, London, Milan, and Japan walking for Dolce & Gabbana, Armani, Tommy Hilfiger, and more, deciding at 30 years old and with a 5-month-old son that it was time to relocate to LA and start living his dream of acting. Greene began booking commercials and went on to garner guest spots on dozens of TV shows including “NCIS,” “CSI: Crime Scene Investigation,” “The Newsroom,” “Girlfriends’ Guide to Divorce,” and “Bitten,” to name a few. Greene then went on to become the male face of Hallmark, leading countless films and series.

Paul Green Men's Health

In his spare time, Greene enjoys staying fit and eating healthy (per his previous covers of Men’s Health). A licensed pilot, he is also one of fourteen pilots in his family. Greene is also recently engaged to longtime girlfriend Kate Austin proposing during a romantic trip to Italy. Greene remains supportive of ALS, a cause close to his heart, along with the St. Jude Children’s Hospital. Greene was recently invited to Memphis to visit the St. Jude Hospital where he played several songs for the kids and screened Greene’s holiday film Buttons: A New Musical Film starring Tim Janis, Dick Van Dyke, Angela Lansbury, Jane Seymour with Robert Redford, and Kate Winslet narrating. Paramount Pictures released the film digitally (November 19th) and on DVD/Blu-Ray (December 3rd), where 50 cents of each film sold and downloaded will be donated to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis. Greene also performs annually at Carnegie Hall accompanied by a full orchestra and a 200 voice choir, helping aid the Forever Young Foundation’s music therapy initiative, Sophie’s Place and Kate Winslet’s The Golden Hat Foundation with a special dedication to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, and with his album, a percentage of proceeds going to ALS and autism research.
