KEYNOTE LUNCHEON – COMMUNITY PANEL

The intersectionality between community development and healthcare is a strong and necessary partnership. By these two sectors collectively working together with common goals to address the economic disparities related to individual circumstances and neighborhood conditions, the trend of unaffordable healthcare costs and accelerated inequities in health outcomes are urgent and needs to be slowed. The healthcare industry has its challenges with providing sustainable solutions to address care and equity gaps in America. What’s next for closing the equity gap in healthcare? In this discussion, community leaders will dialogue about their unique challenges with addressing community health disparities.
