Dan E. Cranshaw is a litigator at Polsinelli PC, a national law firm headquartered in Kansas City, Missouri. As a former educator, marketing professional and legislative aide to the late U.S. Senator Edward M. Kennedy (D-MA), Cranshaw brings considerable legal, business and communication skills to his corporate clients in order to help them effectively manage their risk. His broad litigation practice includes defending products liability and warranty claims, commercial litigation, and class actions.
