Figueroa launched Latin2Latin (L2L) in 2007. A marketing and communications agency, it provides clients with marketing solutions to reach the growing Hispanic consumer segment. Its services include marketing plan development/implementation, integrated branding, media planning/buying, event planning/promotion, entertainment sponsorships, business development, public relations, and talent management. Most recently, L2L launched the Latin Ready Assessment, by which companies can develop strategies and tactics to reach out to the Latino community with an eye on ROI. For two years in a row, L2L s won the Established Small Business Award from the Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce, and was named by LatinVision as one of the most active entrepreneur and fastest growing businesses of the year. Prior to launching L2L, Figueroa held senior marketing positions at Scholastic Media, Bravo Group (Y&R Agency), and Anheuser-Busch. She’s vice chair of the Hispanic Federation, advisory council chair of Comunilife, and transformer of the Children Diagnostic & Treatment Center.
