Anne Zybowski is Team Leader, Omnichannel Retailing. In this role, Anne sits on the Clorox eCommerce and Corporate Capabilities Leadership Teams. She is responsible for developing partnerships with strategic customers and leading the development of omnichannel strategy and capabilities. In her two years at Clorox, Anne has held multiple roles with increasing responsibility in the eCommerce team leveraging external knowledge to help accelerate sales growth and internal adoption via training.
Prior to Clorox, Anne was Vice President of Digital & Retail Insights, leading Kantar Retail’s digital retailing research and insights globally — including coverage of Amazon, pure play retailers, multichannel best practices, and the evolving impact of the omnichannnel shopper. Prior to her digital role, Anne led the mass merchandisers’ research practice. She was a presenter and trainer for Kantar Retail seminars and has been featured in many industry conferences, including over four years at the National Retail Federation’s Big Show, and cited in a range of U.S. and global business publications.
Before joining Kantar Retail, Anne was Vice President at Stern Stewart & Co., working as the lead project manager and consultant for a variety of retailers, including JC Penney, Whole Foods Market, and Ahold. Anne received her M.B.A. from the William E. Simon Graduate School of Business at The University of Rochester, Rochester, NY. She holds an undergraduate degree from The Johns Hopkins University.
