Dr Andrea Hendricks
Dr. Andrea Hendricks earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Development Psychology and Mass Communications from Kansas State University and a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Kansas State University. She also earned a Doctorate in Educational Psychology and Policy Analysis from the University of Missouri -Columbia.
Dr. Hendricks full time and consulting employment has included working strategically with leaders in financial institutions, higher education, human resources, diversity and organizational development for over 25 years. She is currently employed at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City as the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources and the Deputy Director of Diversity and Inclusion. She oversees diversity and inclusion initiatives, EEO programs, employee engagement programs, mentoring programs, employee connections/volunteerism, benefits, employee relations and organizational training and development for the 10th District. In addition, she was appointed to the Bank’s management committee as an Advisor. Dr. Hendricks also serves as the workforce workgroup chair for the system-wide OMWI Council. She joined the Bank from UMB Financial Corporation where she was Senior Vice President of diversity and inclusion and talent development programs across a 10-state region.
Dr. Hendricks is involved in several professional and community organizations. Some of those organizations include: National World War I Museum, Central Exchange, YMCA, United Way and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority.
