The Senior Diversity Council, which is comprised of the executive leads for Progressive’s human resources, recruiting, and employee experience departments, coordinates all diversity projects. Five business area councils, formed from each of Progressive’s major enterprise divisions, manage their own business-specific inclusion initiatives. The chairs of each of the five business area councils also sit on the Senior Diversity Council. Together, this cross-functional team develops strategy and policy for Progressive’s diversity initiatives. A broad spectrum of employee resource groups round out Progressive’s inclusion support.
